The designer and founder behind ALKISTIS is Alkistis Kournianou, who studied her BA in Fashion with honors at the National University of Greece. She later pursued her Master's in Fashion at Ravensbourne University of London further honing her skills in fashion design and development where she was awarded a scholarship for her exceptional work during her studies. Her academic achievements, combined with her passion for blending Greek and Asian influences, have shaped ALKISTIS into a brand that emphasizes cultural heritage, sustainability, and slow fashion.
