At ALKISTIS, every order is carefully crafted or selected with great attention to detail. Our return policy differs depending on the type of product purchased.
Limited Pieces
Limited Pieces are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
To be accepted, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

Returned with all original tags attached.

Free from perfume, makeup, deodorant or any signs of wear.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or an incorrect product was received.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Made for You
Because every Made for You garment is individually crafted to your measurements and personal preferences, these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on our part.
Before production begins, Alkistis will personally confirm your measurements, fabric selection and any custom requests to ensure your garment is made exactly as agreed.
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your garment. We will always do our best to find a fair solution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.
